From report to work list
An audit report tells you what is wrong; someone still has to fix it. The fix planner reads a report you already have and turns every failed or warning check into a task, ordered by severity: high-impact failures first, then the rest. Each task keeps the plain-English explanation, the value we measured and the suggested fix, so the person doing the work does not need the original report open.
Add an owner and a note to each task and set it to to-do, in progress, done or won't fix. Export the list as a CSV file for a spreadsheet or ticket system, or print it as a checklist for a meeting with your web developer.
Compare a retest with the original
After the fixes, run the same audit again and load both reports. Every finding is matched by a stable id and sorted into four groups:
- Resolved: the check failed or warned before and now passes.
- Persistent: it still fails or warns (we show whether it got better or worse).
- New: it fails or warns now but did not before — often a side effect of a change.
- Unknown: we cannot tell, because the module did not run, ended with an error or did not report that check again. A finding is never marked resolved just because a check could not run.
Scores across versions
We improve our checks over time. Each new report records which scoring version produced it. If two reports were scored with different versions, or one is too old to say, the planner shows both overall scores but does not present the difference as progress, because a change in the rules can move a score without anything changing on your site. Per-finding results stay meaningful, so use those first.
The overall score is also only comparable between reports of the same tool: a three-module SEO check and the full growth audit measure different things.
Your notes stay on your device
Reports are loaded from a JSON file you downloaded, pasted text, or the report link from this site. The comparison runs entirely in your browser. Owners, notes and task status are saved only in this browser's local storage, keyed by website. They are never sent to our servers and never added to report links, so a shared report link does not reveal your internal notes. Clearing your browser data removes them; export a CSV to keep a copy.
